Hi guys!More n' more interesting designs coming on..seems to be a really nice month..actually i like the fact that throw this theme we can meet each other a bit more n' have a more general view about where everyone lives n' get just some taste how life could be there..
Chris, really nice job again n' i like the fact that you choose something very particular as influence of your hometown..bravo man!
N' something last about my design..by the time i get some comments,that it's always welcome, i'd like to clear up some things..actually in this project i didn't try to defent or adopt the whole idea as something completelly new or mine but more than a kind of re-making of a classic-vintage adidas shoe, stepping on the classic lines n' forms that adidas originals have..actually the whole name of this model wanted to be "adidas skiathos superstar"..thing that missing because it was a last minute submission n' realize it afterwards..For this theme n' according the place i live n' mood i have this is what represents skiathos island in my eyes but after all i think it's a nice game sometimes for designers,seperate the creative thing on representing something completelly new,to play with lines n' forms of classic designs n' bring out in a fresh way..sorry for saying a bit much, just wanted to clear this up.

Hey guys,
Just wanted to let everyone know that the work around here is really getting nice! It is amazing how the talent has skyrocketed since the first Artist Series. Everyone is bringing heat these days.
This theme is a really good one, because it really focuses on making the designer tell a story, since you can't really pull literal performance ideas from a hometown. Believe me, that storytelling ability will help elevate any design. |

Thanks, Tony and Stephen. To be honest I never thought I could win this time. Actually I've been so busy before the deadline and it just took me about one day to finish the work and submit it. Which I really put in a lot hard work is the GTR, took me almost a whole week, a little disappointed... However, I'm still very happy for my first win, it means a lot to me.
